Lesson Attendance Rules

Your teacher is a professional trying to develop and run a viable teaching business. This means there need to be safeguards against lost income. If the teacher is notified with enough time that you will not be attending a lesson, this time could be offered to another student. It may also be the case that the teacher has put considerable time and effort into lesson preparation and a missed lesson means lost earnings.
Please note the following rules:

| Illegal Cancel | Student Cancelled with less than 24 hours notice | No refund offered but the lesson date may be changed at the teacher's discretion |
| Legal Cancel | Student cancelled with a minimum of 24 hour notice | Refund or date change offered* |
| No-show | Student did not attend the lesson and did not give any notice of cancellation | No refund |
| Teacher Cancellation | The teacher missed or cancelled the lesson | Refund offered or date change* |
